Online Reservation Portal & Rates
We now have a reservation portal to which our customers can make reservations, with payment, up to two weeks in advance.
Choose your starting time slot and then check in at the Bowl Desk upon arrival. We will assign you to the next available lane. Please allow up to 30 minutes after your starting time slot to be issued your lane. Any guest who is more than 15 minutes late for their starting time may forfeit lane time. We recommend up to 6 bowlers at a time. Reservations for more than two lanes and/or more than two hours may be required to book as private events depending on availability. If you are looking for more than two lanes or more than two hours please call to confirm availability at 616-776-3450.
Online Reservations – Payment Policy
- A $10 deposit per hour, per lane is required to make a reservation.
- The remaining balance ($35) will be charged upon arrival.
- Please check in with the host when you arrive to complete your payment and find your lane.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
*Failure to arrive for your reservation without prior notice to reschedule will result in the full reservation amount being charged.
Refunds are not guaranteed and may be issued at our discretion.
If approved, we are happy to reschedule your reservation and hold your deposit for up to 6 months.

Walk-In Play & Rates
At Woodrows, we always permit walk-in, open play depending on availability. Sundays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays are typically great days to have only a brief wait to get on the lanes. There will sometimes be an opportunity to join our wait list in person if necessary. We recommend up to 6 bowlers at a time. If you want to finish up a game after your initial rental, we may have options for you.

Private Event Rental Reservations & Rates
On our Private Events tab, we have some details on pricing and the logistics of making a group reservation. We have become a very popular destination for private team building events, birthday parties, and social gatherings.
